第４　健康支援と社会保障制度
１　目標 看護の見方・考え方を働かせ，健康支援としての公衆衛生と社会保障制度に関する実践的・体験的な学習活動を行うことなどを通して，看護の実践に必要な資質・能力を次のとおり育成することを目指す。
(1) 健康支援と社会保障制度について体系的・系統的に理解するとともに，関連する技術を身に付けるようにする。
(2) 健康支援と社会保障制度に関する基本的な課題を発見し，看護の職業倫理を踏まえて合理的かつ創造的に解決する力を養う。
(3) 健康支援と社会保障制度について，よりよい看護の実践を目指して自ら学び，社会の変化に対応した生活の向上に主体的かつ協働的に取り組む態度を養う。
２　内容 １に示す資質・能力を身に付けることができるよう，次の〔指導項目〕を指導する。

(1) 公衆衛生
ア　公衆衛生の基本
イ　生活環境と健康
ウ　生活者の健康増進
エ　感染症と対策
オ　保健活動
(2) 社会保障制度
ア　社会保障制度の基本
イ　保健に関する制度
ウ　医療に関する制度
エ　福祉に関する制度
３　内容の取扱い
(1) 内容を取り扱う際には，次の事項に配慮するものとする。
ア　〔指導項目〕の(1)については，学科の特色に応じて，その概要を扱う程度とすることができること。
(2) 内容の範囲や程度については，次の事項に配慮するものとする。
ア　〔指導項目〕の(1)については，公衆衛生の基本的な内容を扱うこと。
イ　〔指導項目〕の(2)については，保健・医療・福祉の基本的な制度と関係する法規を看護活動と関連付けて扱うこと。
