Referred to as 'Subject' from:: ［人体の構造と機能］; １　目標あん摩・マッサージ・指圧に必要な人体諸器官の形態と構造及び機能を相互に関連付けて理解させ，これを施術に応用する能力と態度を育てる。; ２　内容; (1)解剖学及び生理学の基礎; ア人体の構成; イ細胞; ウ組織; エ器官と器官系; (2)人体の系統別構造・機能及び生体の観察; ア運動器系; イ消化器系; ウ呼吸器系; エ泌尿・生殖器系; オ内分泌と代謝; カ循環器系; キ神経系; ク感覚器系; (3)生体機能の協調; ア身体の運動; イ全身的協調; ウ生体の防御機構; ３　内容の取扱い; (1)内容の構成及びその取扱いに当たっては，次の事項に配慮するものとする。; ア指導に当たっては，人体についての理解が，知識に偏ることがないよう実験・実習を取り入れるようにすること。; イ内容の(2)については，標本，模型などを有効に活用して，指導の効果を高めるよう配慮すること。; ウ内容の(3)については，「疾病の成り立ちと予防」との関連を考慮して扱うこと。; (2) 内容の範囲や程度については，次の事項に配慮するものとする。; ア内容の(1)のアについては，この科目の導入として，人体の構成と働き，発生と成長の概要を扱うこと。イからエまでについては，それぞれの構造と機能の基礎的な内容を扱うこと。; イ内容の(2)については，あん摩・マッサージ・指圧施術と関連の深いア，カ及びキについて，基本的な事項に重点を置いて扱うこと。
