第３　理数数学特論
１　目標 　数学における概念や原理・法則についての理解を広め，知識の習得と技能の習熟を図り，事象を数学的に考察し表現する能力を伸ばすとともに，それらを積極的に活用する態度を育てる。
２　内容
(1) 整数の性質
(2) ベクトル
(3) 行列とその応用
(4) 離散グラフ
(5) 場合の数と確率
(6) 確率分布と統計的な推測
３　内容の取扱い
(1) この科目は，内容の(1)から(6)までの中から適宜選択させるものとする。指導に当たっては，第２章第４節第４の「数学Ａ」，第５の「数学Ｂ」の内容等を参照し，必要に応じて，これらの科目の内容を発展，拡充させて取り扱うものとする。
(2) 内容の(1)から(6)までの取扱いに当たっては，次の事項に配慮するものとする。
ア　内容の(1)については，「数学Ａ」の内容の(2)を扱うこと。
イ　内容の(2)については，「数学Ｂ」の内容の(3)に加えて，空間における直線や平面の方程式も扱うこと。
ウ　内容の(3)については，行列の表し方や演算，行列の積と逆行列，行列を用いた連立一次方程式の解法及び点の移動を扱うこと。
エ　内容の(4)については，離散グラフの基本的な考え方，いろいろな離散グラフ及び離散グラフの活用を扱うこと。
オ　内容の(5)については，「数学Ａ」の内容の(1)を扱うこと。
カ　内容の(6)については，「数学Ｂ」の内容の(1)を扱うこと。
