Referred to as 'Subject' from:: 第７　理数地学; １　目標　地学的な事物・現象についての観察，実験などを行い，自然に対する関心や探究心を高め，地学的に探究する能力と態度を育てるとともに，地学の基本的な概念や原理・法則の系統的な理解を深め，科学的な自然観を育成する。; ２　内容; (1) 地球の概観と構造; (2) 地球の活動; (3) 地球の歴史; (4) 大気と海洋の構造と運動; (5) 宇宙の構造と進化; ３　内容の取扱い; (1) 内容の構成に当たっては，地学の基本的な概念の形成と科学の方法の習得が無理なく行われるようにする。指導に当たっては，第２章第５節第８の「地学基礎」及び第９の「地学」の内容等を参照し，必要に応じて，これらの科目の内容を発展，拡充させて取り扱うものとする。; (2) 内容の取扱いに当たっては，次の事項に配慮するものとする。; ア　内容の(1)については，「地学基礎」の内容の(1)のイの(イ)(ウ)及びウ並びに「地学」の内容の(1)を扱うこと。; イ　内容の(2)については，「地学基礎」の内容の(2)のア及びオ並びに「地学」の内容の(2)のア及びウに加えて，岩石などの偏光顕微鏡観察も扱うこと。; ウ　内容の(3)については，「地学基礎」の内容の(2)のイ及びオ並びに「地学」の内容の(2)のイ及びウに加えて，地質図の実習も扱うこと。; エ　内容の(4)については，「地学基礎」の内容の(2)のウ，エ及びオ並びに「地学」の内容の(3)を扱うこと。; オ　内容の(5)については，「地学基礎」の内容の(1)のア，イの(ア)及びウ並びに「地学」の内容の(4)を扱うこと。
