第11　看護の統合と実践
１　目標 　看護に関する各科目において習得した内容を臨床で活用できるよう，知識と技術の統合を図るとともに，看護の専門職として必要な能力と態度を育てる。
２　内容
(1) 看護活動と組織
ア　保健医療福祉に携わる人々

３　内容の取扱い
(1) 内容の構成及びその取扱いに当たっては，次の事項に配慮するものとする。
ア　指導に当たっては，臨床実践に近い状況を想定した実習を取り入れること。
(2) 内容の範囲や程度については，次の事項に配慮するものとする。
ア　内容の(1)については，チーム医療及び他職種との協働の中で看護師としてのメンバーシップ及びリーダーシップについて扱うこと。また，看護のマネジメントと国際社会における諸外国との協力の重要性について扱うこと。
イ　内容の(2)については，医療の安全確保に必要な基礎的な知識を扱うこと。また，具体的な事例を通して，安全の確保に関する看護師の役割，責任及び倫理について扱うこと。
ウ　内容の(3)については，災害直後から支援できる看護の基礎的な知識や心的外傷後ストレス障害などの心のケアについて扱うこと。
エ　内容の(4)については，看護援助を必要とする患者の設定を臨床に即して行い，その看護過程の展開と実践を行うこと。
