２ 個別の指導計画の作成に当たっては， 次の事項に配慮するものとする。

３ 指導計画の作成に当たっては，各教科，道徳，外国語活動，総合的な学習の時間及び特別活動の指導と密接な関連を保つようにし， 計画的， 組織的に指導が行われるようにするものとする。

４ 個々の児童又は生徒の実態に応じた具体的な指導方法を創意工夫し， 意欲的な活動を促すようにするものとする。

５ 重複障害者のうち自立活動を主として指導を行うものについては， 全人的な発達を促すために必要な基本的な指導内容を， 個々の児童又は生徒の実態に応じて設定し， 系統的な指導が展開できるようにするものとする。

６ 自立活動の時間における指導は， 専門的な知識や技能を有する教師を中心として， 全教師の協力の下に効果的に行われるようにするものとする。

７ 児童又は生徒の障害の状態により，必要に応じて，専門の医師及びその他の専門家の指導・助言を求めるなどして， 適切な指導ができるようにするものとする。
